How do I return my product for warranty service?Updated 3 months ago

  • If purchased from an Authorized Dealer, return the product to that dealer for claim processing.
  • If purchased from eu.nidecker.com, use the designated warranty claim forms and instructions.
  • For international returns, a flat fee applies to cover shipping and customs duties (fees vary by region):

International Warranty Claims & Shipping Fees

If you purchased your product in a different country than the one in which you are currently living, and you are unable to submit a claim to the shop where you bought it, please contact us here.

If your warranty claim is accepted, a flat fee will be charged to cover shipping and duties from our EU warehouse to your address:

  • Europe: €30 for snowboards, €15 for boots/bindings
  • North America: $60 for snowboards, $35 for boots/bindings
  • Worldwide: $90 for snowboards, $50 for boots/bindings

This fee covers economy-rate shipping and customs duties. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to submit products for inspection. Nidecker covers return shipping for accepted claims.
