Where to buy spare parts

All Nidecker binding and boot spare parts are available on the Spare Parts section of our webstore. You can order them directly without needing to contact support.

If a part is not listed or you cannot identify what you need, contact our customer service team with your binding or boot model, the season it was purchased, and a photo of the part you need.

How long will spare parts be available for my product?

Nidecker keeps spare parts available for at least 3 years after a product is retired from the lineup. This applies to both bindings and boots.

  • If your product was discontinued more than 3 years ago, some parts may no longer be available.
  • For older models, our team may be able to point you to authorised resellers or alternative solutions — contact us and we'll do our best to help.

What parts are out of stock? When will they restock?

Most spare parts restock at the start of the new season, typically in September. If a part shows as out of stock on the webstore, it is likely due to arrive with the next seasonal shipment.

You can check back on the product page in September, or contact customer service to be informed when a specific part becomes available again.

How do I find the right part for my binding?

To identify the correct spare part:

  1. Find your binding model name (printed on the baseplate or packaging).
  2. Note the season year (e.g. 2023/24) — this is usually on the packaging or the binding's product page.
  3. Use the Spare Parts webstore and filter by binding model or use the search.
  4. If you cannot identify the part, download the Binding Exploded View Diagram for your season below and reference the part number.

A note on binding screws — why are there two lengths in the kit?

Nidecker binding spare part kits intentionally include two screw lengths. This is not an error. The shorter screw is for standard applications, and the longer screw is for specific binding models or mounting positions with deeper channels. Check your binding's instruction manual or the exploded view diagram to confirm which length to use for your specific part before assembly.

If you are unsure which screw to use after receiving a spare part, contact customer service with your binding model and we'll confirm the correct installation.

Are spare parts free if my product is under warranty?

If your product is within its warranty period and the part failed due to a manufacturing defect, the replacement part may be covered at no charge. Submit a warranty claim first to have the issue assessed.

If the damage is due to wear and tear or accidental breakage, parts are available for purchase at standard prices.

Do you ship spare parts internationally?

Yes — spare parts ordered from the EU webstore ship to all countries we serve. Delivery times and costs are the same as for regular orders.
