Once your return is accepted, you’ll get a prepaid label or an address (depending on location).

If you received a prepaid FedEx label:

1. Pack items in original packaging
2. Print and attach the label
3. Drop off at a FedEx location or schedule a pickup
4. Keep your receipt and tracking information

If you’re shipping yourself (UK):

1. Use the return address and RMA number provided
2. Ship with a reliable courier (Royal Mail, DPD, etc.)
3. Email us the tracking number and receipt if reimbursement is required

Important: Always include the RMA number and send us the tracking number to avoid delays in processing your refund.
